Pull ups

Pull ups mainly targets biceps and back muscles.

Steps to do pull ups with/ without resistance bands:

  1. Hold the pull up bar with a neutral grip with arms fully extended

  2. Retract scapula and pull upward by bringing the chest to the bar

  3. Pause at the top and squeeze the back before lowering slowly to the original position

  4. Repeat for reps
