dynamic warmup

A dynamic warmup is important to be done before weight lifting because based on (Perform Better & Stay Healthy: How a Dynamic Warm-Up Can Help You - The Training Room, 2022), it aims to increase blood flow to the muscles, increase functional mobility, maximize flexibility and prepare the body for activity. It is not suggested that we do normal stretches before lifting as it might decrease the power we have resulting in lifting a lighter weight (Stretch Before Exercise?
